Welcome to Pevo, the modern photo editing app designed for quick, polished sharing. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices. Unlike many apps, we have designed Pevo with a privacy-first approach that minimizes data collection.

Important Privacy Commitment: Pevo does not collect, store, or share your personal information, photos, or editing data. All photo processing occurs locally on your device.

How Pevo Works

Pevo is a photo editing application that operates entirely on your device:

Local Processing: All photo editing, filtering, adjustments, and enhancements happen directly on your device. No images are uploaded to our servers.
No Account Required: You can use Pevo without creating an account or providing any personal information.
Gallery Access: Pevo requests access to your device's photo gallery only to import photos for editing and to save edited photos. This access is limited to the selection you make and does not involve scanning or uploading your entire gallery.
No Analytics Tracking: We do not use analytics tools that track your behavior within the app.

Editing Features Include: Professional filters, advanced color adjustments, Instagram-style looks, stylish frames, custom logos, text watermarks with artistic fonts, timestamps, camera info, side-by-side comparison with long-press gestures, recent edit history, and saving to your device gallery.

Information We Do NOT Collect

To be completely clear about our privacy practices, Pevo does NOT collect, store, or share:

Your photos or edited images
Personal identification information (name, email, etc.)
Device identifiers (UDID, IMEI, etc.)
Location data
Usage patterns or in-app behavior
Contact lists or social connections
Payment information (handled by app stores)
Any other personal or sensitive data

In-App Purchases & Coin System

Pevo uses a built-in coin system to unlock premium features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store using their secure payment systems.

We do not handle or store any payment information
Purchase history is managed by the app stores
Coin balances and unlocked features are stored locally on your device
If you delete and reinstall the app, you may need to restore purchases through the app store's restoration process

California Privacy Rights (CCPA & CPRA)

As a California resident, you have specific rights regarding your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know: You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold. Since Pevo does not collect personal information, there is no data to disclose.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. With Pevo, your data remains on your device and can be deleted by uninstalling the app.
Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. Pevo does not sell any user information.

Since Pevo does not collect personal information, these rights are inherently respected by our application design.
